the thing that brings a smile to my face is the continual comments about Caracciolo being something of value. the fact that there are teams out there willing to give up more than their belly button lint simply baffles me.

Quite simply, Lazio owner Claudio Lotito is cheap. All the players he gets are either on a free transfer or really old and cheap. And then he complains that the team isn’t getting results.

I think before the transfer window ends we’ll see a trade between Lazio and Palermo.

Lazio will send Foggia to Palermo, who will send Caracciolo to Lazio in return.

Palermo get a dynamic winger, Lazio get the target man striker they need.

Sorry to clarify…I emailed Cellino and I got a response from the Sporting Director who relayed Cellinos responses to my concerns and to thank me for my support. The response was not directly from Cellino himself. I was surprised I got a response, but it wasnt the first time I emailed him so they probably had been sick of hearing from me.

That’s incredible that he answered your email, esp since you were ripping him, and the team was already in the toilet — at least he’s getting something right.

Napoli even at home (in front of eight people) will be hard as hell, but maybe they’ll be trying to do too much, after the president/coach war this week? Maybe?

Interesting about Foggia, I hadn’t realized he didn’t play. Any thoughts on where he might end up?
