Cagliari are in trouble every year.Its always about survival. I like their chances of staying up this year better then I did last year. The new teams are not the quality of Juve, Napoli, and Genoa, so we have a shot. I just would like to get better.

Cagliari are in trouble for next season, it was a bit of a miracle that they survived will be hard result to duplicate. Chievo and Reggina are in worse shape htough i think.

Perhaps I am not totally convinced on Storari. One season doesnt make him a superstar. His previous decade languishing in the lower divisions either suggest he has poor work ethic to excell in the top leagues or just doesnt cut the mustard as a regular in Serie A keeper. Good luck to him warming the bench at Fiorentina. I’m sure that played a part in his decision making process.

Well said Gianfranco. Milan is my favorite big team, but they have some idiots making decisions that are often bad yet fly under the radar. Ronaldinho signing is brilliant though. Hes exactly what they need and it will inspire Kaka and Pato even more to do well. Watch them donminate Serie A. Storari is the perfect goalie for them. I still dont get them letting him go out on loan to be a back up.

I dont get it either, I would much rather Storari play and help Cagliari then sit and watch Frey. Its a bonehead move all around, did you expect anything less from the Milan Brass…

At least you can keep Aquafresca, that can help. If he has another good year, and you dump him to Inter, that can help your transfer season next year. It seems a long ways off, but look what Palermo has done after we sold him.

Oh, and it could be worse. Chievo seems doomed before the season starts.

I think Cagliari and Torino are in the same boat money wise. I have a thought that towards the early/middle of August there will be a little flurry as the smaller clubs try to fill out their rosters.

I am surprised that neither Cagliari nor Torino have bought some youngsters up from Serie B. You know, as in the best players from a couple high-mid table team… as long as they are young enough to grow into the role…
